Refund Policy

At Uleen Fourie (Pty) Ltd, we offer digital products such as training programs, nutrition guides, and postpartum recovery resources. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We clearly communicate product details before purchase, and by completing your order, you acknowledge that you are aware of and accept this policy.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be treated as a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to deny future access to our products or services if a chargeback is filed without first contacting us.

In Case of Technical Issues

If you’re experiencing any technical issues accessing your product (such as download errors, broken links, or file access problems), please reach out to us immediately at uleen@uleenfourie.co.za — we’re happy to help resolve it.

Incorrect Charges

If you believe you’ve been charged in error or were double-charged, please email us first before initiating a dispute. We will investigate and, if applicable, issue a correction promptly.
