Carrot Cake Oats

You Will Need

  • 50g Oats
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla protein
  • 50g Egg whites (1-2 egg whites)
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Mixed Spice

Method

  1. Start with your base, weigh out 50g of oats
  2. Cook on the stovetop until it’s done
  3. Add in your carrots
  4. Then stir in the egg whites for a few seconds
    • The egg whites are not essential, I know it grosses out some people, but it makes it so creamy!
  5. Take the pot off the heat and then add your protein and whichever flavours you like!
