You Will Need
- 50g Oats
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla protein
- 50g Egg whites (1-2 egg whites)
- Cinnamon
- 1 grated carrot
- Mixed Spice
Method
- Start with your base, weigh out 50g of oats
- Cook on the stovetop until it’s done
- Add in your carrots
- Then stir in the egg whites for a few seconds
- The egg whites are not essential, I know it grosses out some people, but it makes it so creamy!
- Take the pot off the heat and then add your protein and whichever flavours you like!
